What are your shipping details?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99 within the continental US. Orders under $99 ship standard, see checkout for pricing. International shipping is available. Shipping service may vary. Most orders ship within 24 hours. Holidays, and weather may affect shipping times. You will be notified via email with tracking information.

Shipping Policy

How long will it take to get my order?

Most orders are processed and shipped out within 24 hours of being placed during business hours. We try our best to ship as soon as we receive your order. Orders received before 2 PM PST typically ship the same business day. Orders received after 2 PM PST typically ship the next business day. Excludes select items, customized items, some oversized items, out of stock items and items on backorder. Holidays, inclement weather and COVID may affect shipping times. Once your order is processed, shipping time depends on where your order is being shipped. Orders within the United States generally take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Can I return my product?

We aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an item, we’re happy to help. We have a 30 day return/exchange policy. All returns are subject to a restocking fee up to 25% of the purchase price. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

No, AutoLöc is an eCommerce business with warehouses in Oregon. We do not offer any pickup or will-call service.

What payment methods do you accept?
